I was born and raised in Brazil, and have been living in Amsterdam since 2016.

A few years ago, my career was my absolute priority. For over 15 years in the corporate world, I worked in various roles, companies, and industries, traveling the world and interacting with people from different cultures and languages. That was my world, and I believed I was on the right path.

Then burnout hit me.

I never imagined I would go through that. Suddenly, everything that once made so much sense no longer resonated with my heart. I felt disconnected and lost. Who was I, after all? Or rather, who am I really?

This marked the beginning of a deep journey of self-discovery. It wasn’t easy. I faced fears, doubts, and the uncomfortable need to look inward. Perfectionism, the need for external approval, and the fear of making mistakes all came to the surface. I was trapped in my comfort zone, which ironically was becoming increasingly uncomfortable.

The reality of the corporate world, with its relentless pursuit of profit and little focus on people’s well-being, no longer aligned with my values. I realized I needed a change, but the imaginary security of my job still held me back. The truth is that real security comes from within, from what we can control—our purpose and our passion.

I sought help. I overcame many fears, redefined limiting beliefs, and found the courage to break free from the golden shackles of the corporate world. I have not regretted it for a moment.

I love helping people. My work now is to support professionals in finding work that makes more sense, that aligns passions, natural talents, values, and financial needs. Without romanticizing it—the transition can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be lonely. With a structured plan and the right support, I believe it is possible to transform your career and, consequently, your life.
